模具設計
模具設計主要以Ug、 Solidworks、Pro/E作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺，進行三維建模以及模具的整體結構設計和制造。
The mold design mainly uses Ug, Solidworks, Pro/E as the system development platform, carries on the three dimensional modelling as well as the mold overall structure design and the manufacture.
模具及產(chǎn)品設計分析：
Mold and product design analysis:
主要采用 Anycasting、Magmasoft 軟件對產(chǎn)品從壓鑄及壓鑄工藝方面進行數(shù)字模擬分析，能夠有效保證產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的一次性成功。
Mainly uses the Anycasting、Magmasoft software to carry on the digital simulation analysis to the product from the die casting and the die casting process, can effectively guarantee the product development one-time success
嚴謹高效的模具制造流程
Strict and efficient mold manufacturing process
模具制造前期及制造程序分析主要依靠 Cimatron Ei8.0、Ug11.0、CAXA2018 軟件進行程序編制及設備控制，確保制造過程得到控制。
In the early stage of mold manufacturing and manufacturing process analysis mainly rely on Cimatron Ei8.0 Ug11.0 CAXA2018 software for the preparation of the program and equipment control, to ensure that the manufacturing process is controlled
